* Begin by selecting the PLANROOM tab. Plans will be listed in order by bid date. If you click on Project Name the jobs will appear in alphabetical order. If you click on Project Location the jobs will appear in order by job location.
* Once you have located the job you are interested in, simply click on the job name to view the plans and specifications. To view a document simply click on the document name. The document will be loaded in a viewer. You must have Java and Adobe Reader on your computer.
* You can order documents in one of three ways. You may click on the shopping cart to the right of the document to order individual sheets. You can also click on the Add to Cart box to order the full set. If you would like to order all the drawings in one discipline simply click on the discipline and then click on the Add to Cart box. Notice the quantity of the Shopping Cart will increase or decrease depending on your selection.
* One you have made your selection, click on the Shopping Car tab. The documents you selected will be displayed. At the bottom please select the Print Type and then click on the Apply Print Type. If you selected Digital files, you are ready to Checkout. If you selected Full Bond or Half Bond for your print type you will need to specify your method of acquiring these documents. Once you have selected this option, click the Apply Delivery and then click Checkout.
* You will now have a chance to review your order. After review, you have two options. You can Continue Order and added more selections for this job or another job to your order. Or you can click Process Order which will send your order to your pre-selected Plans-Online location for processing. If you would like this order processed at another location simply chose the alternate location from the list.
* If you have requested a digital order, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to download your files.
